The Club's aims and objectives are:
To embrace positive ideals and values, by providing an opportunity for all swimmers to develop and compete under the guidance of a quality coaching program.
To promote an environment in which all age groups develop self-esteem and self-confidence and motivation to succeed.
To support swimmers in establishing and realising their swimming goals and developing valuable life skills, disciplines, and habits to assist their life in and out of the pool.
For our swimmers to develop skills which contribute to the benefit of the wider community and act as positive role models to all age groups in the region.
The Club's success depends on swimmers, coaches and parents working together.
To be a larger, professional club, that enables its members to achieve personal goals through swimming, by providing training, competition and opportunities (in a
friendly, encouraging, enjoyable and inclusive environment) through our Programs, Resources and Club support functions.
